Mabel

Mabel is a playful, smart, energetic little puppy who LOVES toys of all kinds! Like any puppy, she's still learning her boundaries and will test them from time to time, but she's also a super fast learner. After just a couple days in foster, she had already learned “sit” and was working on “shake.” She's doing great with potty training and responds wonderfully to treats and praise. She does well in her crate for short periods and overnight, with one middle-of-the-night potty break because she's still so young. And once she gets her puppy energy out, she's happy to curl up next to you on the couch — or climb into your lap during your work meetings!

They were rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas.

Meet and greets are by appointment only. We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect). Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets.
The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. While all dogs are picked up in Colorado, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances delaying pick up.
Breed labels are a "best guess" by a shelter veterinarian and cannot be guaranteed.
