Now that Lyric has had some time with her Foster family, we can report that she is all sassy, energetic Frenchie (mix) and will need the space for zoomies and a game of fetch. She plays bully-rough and has proven to be pretty tireless, so she will not be a good fit for a home with small kids. It turns out that she does not want to share her home or her humans with another dog, but we think that she would like to potentially play with similarly sized or larger dogs that match her energy levels and play style. Lyric LOVES getting scratches, and as playful as she is, she takes cues from her kitty foster siblings beautifully. Her ideal furever family will appreciate her antics and be patient enough to help her to learn to regulate her big-dog energy.
