Little Lyra is a 3-month-old Rottie mix puppy with the sweetest, most loving energy. This girl is an absolute joy to have around, and its impossible not to fall in love with her.<br/><br/>Lyra has left her difficult past in the past. She was originally found tied to a fence post with other dogs, living outside, with scars telling stories we will never know. But since coming into foster care, this girl has absolutely blossomed. Lyra is a happy, playful puppy who loves her people HARD. When she isnt romping around with the other dogs, shes attempting to crawl into your lap, sitting at your feet, or cuddling up for a nap. Shes the perfect mix of playful and silly, while also being incredibly sweet and cuddly. Watching Lyra thrive in foster care has been a beautiful thing. She went from a puppy who would pancake when you reached for her and crawl backward into corners, to a girl who sprints over the second she sees you and immediately flops herself onto you for attention. The transformation has been incredible, and her sweet personality shines brighter every day.<br/><br/>Lyra is great in her crate and absolutely LOVES bones to chew on and toys to chase. She did wonderfully for bath time and a nail trim, and shes learning all the basics of puppyhood, including leash walking and potty training. Shes a smart little girl who picks up on things very quickly! Most importantly, Lyra is learning what it feels like to be safe, loved, and wanted. Shes ready to find the family who will continue showing her just how wonderful life can be.<br/><br/>Lyra is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines.
