Meet Lynn
Meet Lynn! Age: 7 Weight: 56lbs
Lynn is the sweet, easy-going grandmother of dogs. Lynn would do best in a quieter, calmer home where she can enjoy her retirement years. Lynn is friendly with other dogs, but she greatly prefers dainty play (or to just be left alone). If you already have a dog, we require the dogs meet at the shelter to be sure it's a good fit before you adopt. Like many grandmothers, Lynn is comfortable with older kids, enjoys meeting new people, and falls asleep soon after she stops moving. Unlike many grandmothers, Lynn chases cats and would probably do best in a home without them. On a recent sleepover, Lynn had no potty accidents in the home and tested out (slept on!) every couch in the home. Lynn wants to spend most of her time resting, but she also loves a short daily walk, after which she will promptly become a lazy lap dog again! There is something really special about adopting an older dog and the way they look so deeply at you as if they want to tell you how much they appreciate you. Please consider adopting Lynn and making the last years of her life the happiest ones.
