Meet Lyndee! <br/>Lyndee is an 8-month-old Border Collie mix with a story that could have ended very differently.<br/>She and her seven siblings were found abandoned in rural southwest Oklahoma, left to survive on their own. Thankfully, a kind-hearted older gentleman stepped in, giving them safety, love, and a second chance. He even made sure every puppy was spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and ready to begin the next chapter of their lives.<br/>Now it's Lyndee's turn to find the forever family she deserves.<br/>Lyndee is a smart, sweet girl who is doggy-door potty trained and is making great progress with both leash manners and kennel training. Like many dogs who haven't always known kindness, she can be a little shy when meeting new people. But give her about 30 minutes, and you'll see her true personality shine. Once she feels comfortable, she's playful, silly, and full of love.<br/>She absolutely adores toys and is perfectly happy entertaining herself or inviting her humans to join the fun. Lyndee gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even cats. One of her favorite games is chasing her foster mom's feet just to sneak in a few adorable toe kisses!<br/>After all, she is still a puppy. That means she needs appropriate chew toys and things to keep her busy—otherwise, your favorite shoe may suddenly become her newest treasure!<br/>Lyndee is looking for a patient, loving family who will continue building her confidence and helping her discover just how wonderful life can be.
