Lydia's Story

Meet Precious Lydia. Lydia came to us 4 months ago, with a bad skin condition and pregnant. She was so frightened that she spent the first 3 weeks with us under her foster Mom's bed. She has now recovered from her skin condition, had her pups, is becoming socialized and happy. Lydia is about 2 years old and weighs about 14 pounds. She could use a little more meat on her, but is healthy and ready for a new home.

Lydia has learned to walk on a leash and is pretty well potty trained. She is still frightened in new situations, but is finding out that humans are not bad. She would do well in a home that is quiet and has either a single female or a couple. She needs understanding and love and will be a devoted friend. Lydia will require special food to make sure her skin problem doesn't recur. Can you give this sweet baby a forever home?

NOTE: This dog is being fostered in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME.
