Lunafish / Moebear's Story
If you've ever dreamed of owning a pair of snoring potatoes, your moment has arrived.

Moebear (10-year-old English Bulldog) and Lunafish (9-year-old French Bulldog mix) weren't always a package deal. Lunafish came to H.A.L.O. in 2022 and Moebear in 2024, both from loving homes that could no longer keep up with their care. They later found themselves adopted by the same person and quickly became best friends.

Sadly, after their owner passed away, these two found themselves back at H.A.L.O. and searching for a new place to call home--preferably together.

Moebear is a professional couch warmer whose hobbies include car rides, snacks, naps, and convincing people to give him belly rubs. Lunafish is the social director of the duo, always ready for cuddles, toys, and seeing what everyone else is up to.

They've lived with cats, chickens, sheep, and even peacocks. Lunafish generally loves everyone, while Moebear can be a little selective with some dogs and occasionally embraces his grumpy old man era. He also takes his meals very seriously and prefers not to share food with people or other pets. Because of this, we'd recommend an adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy children.

Lunafish has been known to do a little landscaping from time to time (digging under fences), and both may need a refresher on house manners as they appear to have spent much of their time outdoors in their previous home.

Moebear requires a prescription hydrolyzed protein diet, Apoquel for allergies, and daily eye lubricant. Lunafish's biggest medical concern is remembering that Florida is hotter than she thinks it is.

These two have already found their best friend in each other. Now they're hoping to find a family willing to take home double the snuggles, double the snores, and double the love. ❤️

Requirements: Martingale Collars; Bonded Pair; Medical Needs (Prescription Diet, Allergy Medication, and Eye Medication for Moebear)All of our dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccinations, heart worm or feleuk/FIV tested, fecal tested, rabies and tag, and microchipped before being placed in your home. Our adoption fee helps cover this cost.
