I am 7 years old and weigh 20 pounds. I need a new home because my family surrendered me during a divorce. I am being fostered in Salt Lake City, Utah.<br/> <br/>My foster dad says I'm the most turn-key foster dog he's ever had. I fit in with my foster sister and foster family right away. I love hanging out near the humans. I am just happy lying about keeping the humans company. I'm not quite a velcro dog, but I like to be able to see what the people are up to. At night, I'm happy to retire to my crate and will stay there until we all get up in the morning.<br/><br/>I get along with everyone! I have enjoyed meeting all of the people and other dogs in my foster neighborhood. I'm still learning to play with my foster sister ... she's more eager to play than me, but I'm dabbling. I haven't met any cats yet, so I haven't formed an opinion of them. <br/><br/>I have a soft coat and a soft disposition to match.<br/>I would rather not be alone all day. I do fine alone for a few hours either in my crate or roaming the house with my foster sister.<br/>I just need a little love, and I will give even more right back.<br/> <br/>Here's a little more about me:<br/>Housetrained? I bark rarely and softly.<br/>Apartment qualified? Yes.<br/>Any Special needs or Health Issues? Other medical needs diagnosed while in foster care are also treated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>MABTR requires a fenced in area from families who own their home, however we DO adopt to apartment complexes and communities where fences are not permitted due to leases and covenants. In these cases a leash law must be enforced.
