Luna

Luna is a 5 year old, 10 pound poodle. She is coming into her personality more and more everyday and is interested in her new surroundings. She has been living happily in a foster home with two resident dogs who she looks to as leaders to help build her confidence and learn about being in a loving home. Luna has a history of trauma and therefore is nervous, scared, and anxious, especially when entering into a new environment and meeting new people. She responds strongly to quiet, calm affection like a loving voice or gentle pets. Some of her favorite things are playing with the other dogs and snuggling on the couch. Luna is such a gentle, sweet girl and she is so grateful for her new life. She will need an adopter who can show her unconditional love and patience as she adapts to a new home and new faces. She would do best in a home with a dog companion and a fenced yard, but these are not a requirement.
