Luna's Story

Meet Luna! đź’—
Luna is a beautiful English Bulldog mama who has been through quite an ordeal, and now it's finally her turn to be cherished.

Luna was surrendered by her breeder to a veterinary technician at an animal emergency center when she arrived suffering from dystocia--a life-threatening complication in which a mother is unable to deliver her puppies without medical intervention. The compassionate technician stepped in and paid for Luna's emergency C-section, giving her the care she desperately needed. Sadly, only one of Luna's puppies survived, but that little one is doing well and already has a forever home.

Now Luna has recovered, has been spayed, and her days of having puppies are behind her. It's time for this sweet mama to have a forever family of her very own.

And Luna certainly has plenty going for her! She does wonderfully with adults, children, and other dogs, making her a great candidate for a family home. She walks nicely on a leash, travels well, is housetrained, and is crate trained. With a medium energy level, Luna enjoys being part of the action but doesn't need a nonstop schedule to be happy.

After everything she has been through, Luna deserves a life where she is no longer valued for the puppies she can produce, but simply for the wonderful dog she is. She's ready for comfy beds, family time, plenty of love, and the security of knowing she is finally home for good.

All known information about the animal is listed above.
