Meet Luna! <br/><br/>Luna is a beautiful 7-month-old puppy who came to us alongside her mom and two sisters. While her sisters may have been a little easier to catch, Luna was definitely the hardest one because she was so unsure and scared of the world around her. Everything was unknown to her, and she needed a little extra time before she was ready to trust us.<br/><br/>Once we finally got Luna safely into the shelter, she was still very frightened. We even placed her and her family members across from each other so they could see one another and have that familiar comfort nearby. <br/><br/>But underneath all that fear is a very sweet, loving girl who just needs someone willing to show her that the world isn't such a scary place. Luna isn't a bad or mean dog—she is simply a young puppy who hasn't had the opportunity to learn what love, security, and a safe home really feel like.<br/><br/>Luna will need a patient family who understands that trust doesn't always happen overnight. Give her some time, kindness, reassurance, and lots of love, and we believe this scared little girl will blossom into an amazing companion. <br/><br/> Luna is looking for someone who will be her safe place.
