Luna's Story

Hiya! I'm Luna, and it's great to meet you! I love everyone I meet.... as long as you're not a feline!
I'm five years young, so puppy shenanigans are in my rearview mirror. My date of birth is 02/10/2018. I'm good with children and other dogs... even smaller ones. I'm pretty chill, but do have an occassional burst of energy. I love attention, running, bacon treats, playing.... especially a good game of CHASE!
I am not a fan of water, so don't ask me to be your swimming partner, but unlike many dogs, I don't let fireworks phase me. I know several commands: sit, paw, high 5 and stay.
I am house and crate trained.
I've been described as "an all around great dog!". Why am I looking for a new home, you ask? My dad has moved in with some lady who has three cats... unfortunately, I drew the short straw, which is the only thing that has led to my needing to be rehomed. :(
As long as your home is cat-free, I'd love to come meet you and be your new best buddy.
We are increasingly doing "foster-to-adopt" arrangements, so if you'd like to take this pup for a trial period before committing, we're good with that. Just ask the adoption counselor!
It's a great way to make sure that everyone's a good fit for each other before signing on the dotted line.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Interested in adopting this or another POPP dog?
Please complete our adoption questionnaire found at: https://www.popptricities.org/adopt/adoption-questionnaire-canine/

If you have any questions. please E-mail us at dogsadopt@popptricities.org.

ADOPTION PACKAGES: Our puppy or dog adoption fee of $200 includes a lovable, non-judgmental canine companion, and a free vet exam. All dogs will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption. Your adoption fee helps support POPP and our spay/neuter efforts in the community to end overpopulation of cats and dogs.
