Lets Dive In A Little Bit More About Our New Girl, Luna! <br/><br/>When we shared Luna the other day, we told you she was a sweet, calm, gentle girl looking for a second chance.<br/><br/>Well... were already getting updates from her foster, and we are absolutely HERE FOR IT! <br/><br/>One thing we love about rescue is getting to watch a dog decompress and start showing us who they really are once they feel safe.<br/><br/>And Luna? Shes proving to be every bit as wonderful as we hoped. <br/><br/> 7-year-old Siberian Husky<br/> Female 70 lbs<br/> Came in as a stray on Christmas Day<br/><br/>No one ever came looking for her, and that is simply heartbreaking. But her story is changing now.<br/><br/>Heres what were already learning about her:<br/><br/> She is getting along wonderfully with her foster pack.<br/> Shes confident enough to give a few appropriate corrections when needed. (Because lets be honest... every dog has to establish boundaries sometimes. )<br/> She is VERY treat motivated. Charlie Bears may have already won her heart. <br/> She does great in a crate.<br/> Shes an excellent car rider.<br/> Her fosters son really likes her.<br/> She absolutely LOVES people and is constantly checking in to make sure everyone is okay.<br/> Shes giving out the best kisses.<br/> And apparently, shes developed a little crush on Marshall and follows him around everywhere. <br/><br/>Can we also take a minute to debunk another Husky stereotype?<br/><br/> Not all Huskies are wild, crazy, high-energy dogs.<br/><br/>Luna is proof of that.<br/><br/>Again... EVERY DOG IS DIFFERENT.<br/><br/>Luna is showing us that Huskies can be calm, gentle, affectionate, and perfectly content just being part of a family.<br/><br/>After spending months waiting for someone to choose her, shes finally getting the opportunity to just be a dog again.<br/><br/>And honestly?
