Lulu is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu who is loving her new summer haircut! She was abandoned at Starbucks, and despite being failed by her humans, she is a friendly and loving girl who wants to be close to a human and get a lot of love and cuddles. We don't know Lulu's back story, but she would be happiest in a home where she is the only dog.<br/><br/>Come visit us and our animals!
