Lulu's Story
Meet Lulu

- Age : 1 year old (DOB : 11/01/2024)
- Gender : Female (Spayed)
- Breed : Papilon & Spitz mixed
- Weight : 12.78lbs (5.8kg)
- Currently in.. San Jose

Lulu is a sweet and affectionate rescue dog who is ready to find her forever home. She was rescued from the Uljin shelter in Korea in March after being placed on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, she was saved in time and given a second chance at life.

Lulu arrived in San Jose on July 6, 2026, and is now staying with her foster family in the U.S. Even after a long and tiring flight, she did not hesitate to show her gentle and loving personality. On her first day, she greeted her foster parents with affection, played well with her foster sister, and went on a nice walk together.

Lulu loves people and enjoys spending time with other dogs. She has a nice balance of playful energy and calm resting time. At home, she does not bark unnecessarily, and she enjoys games like tug-of-war and chasing other dogs during playtime.

During her first week in the U.S., Lulu showed some mild separation anxiety when her foster parents left the house. She cried or barked for about 5 to 10 minutes at first. With gentle practice and repeated short departures, she learned that people come back home, and she has improved very well. Because of this, she may need a little time to adjust when she first moves to a new home, but we believe she will settle in with patience and consistency.

According to her foster mom, Lulu is easy to care for. She does well with brushing her teeth, taking baths, and having her fur brushed. She is house trained and prefers to go potty outside. She is also comfortable riding in the car.

Recently, Lulu traveled from San Jose to Los Angeles and did wonderfully on the trip. She behaved well in the car, in a hotel room, and at restaurants. If you are looking for a loving companion who can enjoy daily life and small adventures with you, Lulu could be a wonderful match.

Lulu is affectionate, friendly, and adaptable. She is looking for a family who will give her love, patience, and the safe forever home she deserves.

*If you reside outside of [CA] state, an additional transportation fee may apply.
