Meet pretty girl Lulu!<br/>This little gem is a 3 year old spayed female Shih Tzu. Lulu is incredibly loving and sweet, and she deserves a home where she can be pampered like she desires!<br/>Lulu was brought to us due to not being a good fit in her last home. Her previous owner had a special needs child that struggled with respecting Lulu's boundaries, and they were starting to not get along. Her owner made the heartbreaking decision to bring her to us so she could find a better fit.<br/>Other than the instances where her boundaries were being pushed, her owner said she had not had any issues with Lulu's behavior. She lived around other children and did well with them, so supervision will be key to make sure she's feeling safe around her new family members. Lulu was previously adopted but sadly had to be returned due to not getting along with the adopter's current dog. Lulu quickly became possessive of her new owner, and would get very jealous if the other dog received any attention. Due to this, we will be requiring she meet and canines in the home prior to adoption to make sure it's a good fit.<br/>Immediately upon meeting Lulu we could tell she is just a big ol' lovebug. She loves and will gladly turn over for them. She is a huge snuggler, and would love a friend to spend the day with! Keep in mind that Lulu is still a young dog, so even though she's small she might prove to be a bit of a handful. She is going to need plenty of mental and physical stimulation to stay healthy!<br/>You can see from Lulu's photos that she recently got a hair cut. She came in with some mats and the groomer thought shaving her down for a fresh start would really help. She is going to need regular grooming for the entirety of her life to make sure her coat stays in good condition.<br/>Lulu is up to date on her vaccinations and is already microchipped, which can be transferred to her new owner's name after adoption.
