Meet Luke
Luke is officially available for adoption!!
This handsome little guy is one of four dachshund mixes that came to us from a hoarding situation in Columbia. Thanks to some TLC from his amazing foster momma, he has blossomed into an amazing pup!
Luke is about 3 years old and weighs around 22 lbs. His favorite thing to do is just be where you are. His snuggling skills are unmatched and is the PERFECT companion for binge watching The Office. He would thrive with someone who works from home or is retired.
Luke is hands down the sweetest dog. He loves to cuddle, play, be outside in the sun, and chew on toys. I truly can't say enough good things about Luke, he's just waiting to be someone's best friend!
Luke will tolerate a larger dog but seems happier with small-medium sized dogs. While we haven't seen him with children, we feel like he would do just fine! He does not love the crate and will cry until he calms himself down (giving him a toy helps). Luke is working on house training, and does well in a schedule! Luke does well on walks, no pulling at all! He gets very excited when he hears the leash come out!
Luke is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and Heartworm negative!
