Luigi and Trixie - Bonded pair's Story
DOB: ~ 2020 and 2022
Sex: Male and Female
Weight: 15 and 10 pounds

Fostered in Holland, MI

These two munchkins are rarely separated. Luigi will go off to explore but if he feels Trixie is scared, he is right there to comfort or protect her. We are requiring they be adopted together.

Trixie has no problems with other dogs but Luigi doesn't really care about other dogs. So far they play once in a while with each other or but not with other dogs or even doggie toys.

They do fine leash walked so do not need a fenced yard but they are escape artists and will try to dash out the door in addition to finding any space to escape a fenced yard. While they are comfortable in their foster home after being here a couple of weeks, they do still make attempts to "escape" at times. Once they learned there were no gaps in the current fenced yard, they were content to relax and enjoy the company of the humans outside with them.

Both dogs love attention and are very good with new humans. When coming back home from work or errands, the humans are happily greeted by them. Luigi will jump on the human's bed but doesn't always stay there. Trixie seems to have no interest yet in being on the human's bed.

We have no history on them as they were unclaimed strays and no knowledge if they get along with cats or small children. Luigi does well with other dogs as long as they are polite and do not try to lay next to him.

If you have any questions, please email tzupoomom@gmail.com .

If you would like to apply for this dog, go to https://apbdogs.org/apply-for-adoption/

Animal Placement Bureau's standard adoption fee is $250.
