Lucy in Colorado's Story

Meet adoptable 9 yr old Lucy in Colorado!

Lucy is a very sweet and special old girl who is thriving now that shes out of the shelter environment and in a loving foster home. Now all she needs is to find her forever Home and Family to settle into for her golden years .

Lucy is living successfully with other dogs and cats in her foster home, and she especially does well with those who respect her personal space. She loves her humans, and is affectionate and connected with them. She is house trained, crate trained though not required, enjoys curling up in her dog bed for rest, and loves her daily walks. She takes a little longer to warm up to men, but eventually can be won over. And once youve won her over, youve got a best friend!

Lucy is spayed, up-to-date on her vaccinations and veterinary care, and is in great shape for a senior. She has some orthopedic issues in her hindquarters that have definitely improved over the last few months, but she will need to remain on Rimadyl and Dasuquin for her joint health and to feel her best.

If you are interested in learning more about this adorable old girl, please fill out our online adoption survey here: https://www.olddogsnewdigs.com/adoption-survey/

Thanks, and please share!
