Lucy's Story
Lucy is an extremely sweet girl who doesn't have many flaws. She is great with dogs and children. She currently lives with cats but would likely be best in a home without them, because she can be overexuberant with them. Lucy does everything 100% - she loves big and plays big.

Lucy is technically listed as special needs for two reasons: 1) she has arthritis in her knee due to an old CCL tear. She should be kept on a joint supplement for the remainder of her life. 2) Like most pitties, she has sensitive skin. This is also well-controlled with a supplement. Her foster will send some with her to her new home.

Lucy would probably be happiest in a home with another dog who can match her energy. This girl does not know an enemy! She can be shy at first with new people, but warms up very quickly. She is crate-trained, potty-trained, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
