MEET LUCKY! STATS: 2 years old, spayed, Boxer Mix, 61 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am such a snuggler! I do have some energy to play with my dog friends or chase a squeaky toy, but I tire out pretty quickly and am down for some cuddle time. I have the habit of following my human friends around like a little shadow. I love setting my face in your hands for some smooches and rolling over for belly rubs. I am just a little lover! WHAT I LOVE: I love going for walkies, hanging out with the other low key pups, but most of all I love being with people and getting head rubs! I am very gentle and affectionate so I love being able to show my love through quality time! KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the shelter staff thinks I would do well with kids who are kind and respectful toward me. OTHER DOGS: I'm dog-friendly and love other dogs. I go to playgroup at the shelter every day! CATS: Unknown HER MATCH: I would be the perfect pup for someone who wants a cuddly, sweet, and affectionate best friends that can have a playful side when the time is right! I would do marvelously as an addition to an existing dog family, but I would also do wonderfully as the only one to soak up all the love! Once you complete the app, a staff member will call you in 1-2 business days once approved to set up a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.
