Lucky is a young Boxer mix with a big heart, an adventurous spirit, and a playful personality that is sure to make you smile. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn't take long for him to decide you're a friend, especially if you happen to have a few treats in your pocket. Once he trusts you, his affectionate and goofy side quickly shines through.<br/>Lucky loves to play and would happily spend hours chasing a ball if you're up for it. When playtime is over, he's just as content entertaining himself with his favorite toys or settling down with a bone. During the day, he rests quietly in his crate, patiently waiting for his favorite part of the day: spending time with his people.<br/>This sweet young dog is doing well with housetraining and will run to the door when he needs to go outside. He already knows how to sit for a treat, although his excitement sometimes gets the best of him when rewards are involved. He's also learning leash manners and is making great progress every day.<br/>Lucky gets along wonderfully with other animals. He has done well with older children in the neighborhood and has met younger children successfully while on leash.
