Milo has never needed to correct him, which says a lot about Lucas's respectful nature.

Training & Care
Lucas is house trained and crate trained in his foster home.

He already knows "sit," "wait," "leave it," and "gentle," and continues working on his leash manners and his "off" command. He's eager to please and has a wonderful foundation to continue building on.

Ideal Home
Lucas would thrive with an active family that enjoys getting out and making memories together.

A yard, some adventures, maybe a few kids, and plenty of love would make him incredibly happy. He'd also love another playful dog, but his easygoing personality makes him adaptable to many different homes.

He's a cuddle bug without being a couch potato, making him a wonderful balance of adventure buddy and best friend.

A Note from the Foster
Lucas has a way of making everyone feel like they're already his favorite person. Watching him thrive after everything he's overcome has been one of the greatest joys.

Promise Pup Highlight
Lucas is a total ladies' man with a heart big enough for every person, dog, and cat he meets.

The Promise Moving Forward
Lucas will always have a place in our hearts and on our couch.

Until his perfect family comes along, we'll keep our promise to love him, keep him safe, and make sure every day reminds him just how special he is.
