We expect this young lady to "whip it" right outta here quickly!

Here's what we know about LULU:

- Lulu is about 2 years old now (her birthday was June 2024) and she weighs @ 25lbs or so. She has a lean athletic build and is up for all kinds of adventures!

- Lulu is a whippet mix who was rescued from a hoarding situation. Her previous adoptive family encountered a financial setback and knew they couldn't give Lulu the life she deserves, so she finds herself looking for a new address of her very own.

- Lulu loves to run and jog and is a joy to have around. She loves toys and can keep herself busy with them, but she does love human and doggy playtime too. She is very sociable and loves meeting new people.

- Lulu has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines. Our vet has given her a clean bill of health as well.

- Lulu is what we call a "plug and play" girl, she is house broken, crate trained, walks well on a leash, and is eager to learn commands and please her person. She doesn't bark very much, and foster mom reports that she is as sweet as can bve.

- Lulu loves other dogs and enjoys playing with them at foster mom's house. She would do just fine as the only dog, but certainly wouldn't mind a doggy playmate of her own too! We would say she has a medium level of energy and would benefit from consistent walks and playtime to keep her mentally and physically stimulated.

- We are not sure how she is with cats, but if the cat in her future home is dog savvy, she should do just fine! She is young enough that she could learn to co-habit nicely.

- We don't know if Lulu has had much exposure to kids but she has a wonderful disposition and has never met a stranger so we think she would be fine with kids 6+ who know how to respect doggy boundaries.

- We would love for Lulu to have a fenced in yard of her very own where she could run and play at her leisure.

What we love about Lulu: This girl is so fun!

Is Lulu the one for you? She's got her doggie bags packed and is ready to make her way home to you!

Her adoption fee is $550.00, which covers all of his vetting and care up to the point of adoption.

If interested, please reach out to Brittany @ brittany.pacne@gmail.com, and she will break down the adoption process for you and send you an application link!

*Paws & Claws New England, a/k/a Paws and Claws Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization made up of volunteers and fosters who devote their time and love to help save homeless dogs and cats.
