Like so many puppies born through no fault of their own, he didnt get a say in how his story started.<br/><br/>Weve been told LOUIS may be a purebred Australian Shepherd. We do have photos of the parents, but as with many rescue puppies, we cant guarantee his breed makeup with certainty.<br/><br/>Truthfully?
