Louie thrives in a calm, loving environment where he can feel safe and settled.<br/><br/>Because of his hearing and limited vision, Louie would do best in a home without small children, just to ensure everyone is comfortable and set up for success.<br/><br/>Louie is neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped.
