Lou-German Shorthair/Lab, ~ 3 yr. (Feb. 2026)<br/>Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application.<br/>Lou came to Rescue when his owner moved and could not take him with them. They asked a Trainer to take him in, as she coordinates a Prison Training Program for dogs. Lou is getting started in that program. Recently, he's been living with the Trainer and she said he's been a wonderful boy, describes him as having an amazing temperament. Calm and quiet. Living with her dogs, gets along well with everyone. He is 63# and has good energy. He'll do best in a home that is active. Lou's crate trained and housetrained. He has no issues with resource guarding. Lou's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
