Thanks to the wonderful care of her foster family, she has made an amazing transformation. She now weighs 12 pounds and looks healthy, happy, and absolutely adorable.<br/><br/>Lottie is a sweet, affectionate little girl who loves being close to her people. She is a true cuddlebug and enjoys following her favorite person around the house. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy having a friendly canine companion.<br/><br/>She is playful, silly, and full of personality—and despite her small size, she has a big bark! Lottie is doing well with her potty routine, sleeps beautifully through the night, and loves her meals.<br/><br/>Lottie can be a little cautious with strangers at first and may have some mild separation anxiety, so she will do best with a patient family willing to give her time to settle in and build trust.
