Meet Loo!

UPDATE:
Loo is doing great! He has gained some weight along with some good muscle mass. He is playing and really enjoys time with his foster K9 siblings. Loo is running, going up short sets of stairs and is potty trained. He is NOT incontinent and barks when he has to go out potty. We will be introducing the string of bells this week.
Loo needs to gain more confidence in getting around the house and for car rides. We are putting on non-slip socks to help with traction in order to build confidence but he likes to pull them off after wearing them for a bit. The rear sock definitely helps him out with better traction. Loo does bark at times out of frustration and we are working on that along with some confidence boosting/training.
He is really getting around the pool at Aqua Therepups and they have been so good with him. They see a lot of TriPods there to help build muscle, confidence and allow the dog to get weight off the back leg while working on the entire body moving.
Loo is ready for his forever home. He loves people and other dogs. He really enjoys playing with the youngest and smallest dog in the house. He is very gentle and very affectionate. He will need a family that can give him extra time to settle into the new home as he is young and still building up confidence as a newer tripod. Will he go hiking and running with you, probably not. But he will be the best companion!

He is good for brushing, nail trims and ear cleaning. He even tolerates the forced air dryer. He is a good eater, takes treats very softly and loves a cheeto now and then.


Loo is available for adoption through Ma Paws and Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccines, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $325. To apply visit mapawsmepetrescue.com

Our process is as follows:
1. Review our policies and adoption radius on our website: http://mapawsmepetrescue.com/adopt/
2. Submit an application for review and approval;
3. MPM Rescue reviews application and checks vet records and references;
4. MPM foster contacts approved applicant(s) to arrange a home check and meeting with available dog(s);
5. If there is a good fit, adoption is completed with a contract and fees (payable via check or cash).

Dogs from Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
- Spay/Neuter surgery
- Age appropriate vaccinations
- Heartworm test (for dogs over 6mo) and treatment if positive
- Microchip
- Deworming
- Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
- Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian
