Lollipop was found earlier this year in a rural area where she had to have been dumped. She showed signs of recently having puppies but was found alone. Her eye was underdeveloped and she could not see out of it so it was recommended by the vet to take it out. <br/><br/>She’s a lot of personality in a 35lb package.
