Meet LOLA - in NYC & Ready for a Meet & Greet!
Meet LOLA! We think this special girl is a mix of Catahoula Leopard Dog mix. It’s our best guess.
SHE IS BEING FOSTERED IN BROOKLYN AND IS READY FOR A MEET & GREET!
As of January 2024, she’s about 8-9 months old and ~40 lbs. We think she’s full grown at this point. She is spayed and vaccinated.
Visually, she is unique and quite stunning with ice blue eyes and one flopped ear.
Lola is a social butterfly who connects with people and other dogs of all genders. She’s incredibly sweet and affectionate. She loves attention and pets. Cuddles are Lola's ultimate happy place, and she would gladly spend all day being kissed and cuddled.
She is wonderful with young children. She’s been around infants and toddlers and is great.
She’s great with other dogs! She loves to cuddle with other dogs on a doggie bed, resting her head on their back.
She has met cats before on multiple occasions and has been fine with them.
She is medium energy and enjoys a good romp, a game of tug of war or playing fetch with a stick in Prospect Park. She’d be great for someone who liked walking or (light) hiking!
She’s incredibly adaptable! In Puerto Rico, she enjoying lounging in the hammock. Upon arriving in NYC, she was equally happy frolicking in booties and a jacket in the snow!
She’s food motivated, making her easily trainable. **Lola learned how to sit within the first few hours of being brought home from the streets! She’s a smarty pants!**
She is house trained and leash trained. She does well in a car too!
