Lola's Story

Hi there, I'm Lola, and I had a rough start when I was rescued by Hatton. But lucky for me, all of my serious medical issues have been resolved and I am MORE than ready for my new home. I hope that you will be there for me! My foster says that I am super sweet, very quiet (ZERO barking) and great with dogs of all sizes.

I am a bit nervous with people, but not bad. I will stiffen a bit when you pick me up, but otherwise, I'm okay. While I am not housetrained, if you take me out on a regular basis, I won't have accidents. I just don't know how to tell you to take me out. I love a good romp in the yard; but I am not really interested in leash walking. My eyesight is waning, but I still see well enough to get around. I'm looking for a super chill household since I am a super chill gal. I'd be the perfect companion for a senior looking for quiet company.

Hatton Animal Rescue spends significantly more on each dog than the adoption fee covers; please consider making a tax-deductible donation by visiting us at https://www.hattonanimalrescue.org/sponsor. Donations help us offset vetting, boarding costs, and additional medical treatments for dogs who need it. For more information on Hatton Animal Rescue, visit our website at: hattonanimalrescue.org.
