He's already packed!<br/><br/>Heading outside to explore? He'll be right there, ready to go!<br/><br/>Loki is playful, energetic, and full of personality. He'll greet you when you get home, tell you all about his day, and make sure you never forget that he has an opinion on just about everything. <br/><br/>SNOW DOG, NOT A WATER DOG!<br/><br/>Loki loves the snow but isn't particularly interested in water. Give him a snowy landscape to explore and he'll be one happy boy!<br/><br/>With his beautiful white coat and icy-blue eyes, he certainly looks the part of a winter adventure companion. <br/><br/>TOYS, TUG-OF-WAR & PLAYTIME!<br/><br/>Loki loves a good game of tug-of-war and will happily bring his toys over to invite you to play.<br/>Fair warning, though: Loki is enthusiastic about his toys, including the part where he rips them apart! Durable toys and regular replacements will probably become part of your shopping list.<br/>But hey, better the toys than your couch pillows!<br/><br/> A FRIEND TO OTHER DOGGIES<br/><br/>Loki genuinely enjoys the company of other dogs. He's used to having a canine friend to play with and would likely love a home with another friendly, compatible dog.<br/><br/>However, he could also be happy as your one-and-only, provided he gets plenty of exercise, attention, and opportunities to socialize.<br/><br/>For families who work outside the home, doggy daycare could be a great option on busy days when you can't give him as much exercise as he'd like.<br/><br/>ONE IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW<br/><br/>Loki has a strong chase instinct, so a home with cats or other small animals would not be a suitable match.<br/><br/>He'll do best with a family who understands his instincts and can give him safe, appropriate outlets for his energy.<br/><br/>LOKI'S OTHER HOBBY: TRASH TREASURE HUNTING<br/><br/>Your rubbish bin? Loki sees an exciting mystery waiting to be solved.<br/><br/>This boy enjoys dumpster diving, so a secure, locking trash can will be essential in his new home. Consider it part of the Loki-proofing process!<br/><br/>LOKI'S DREAM HOME<br/><br/>Loki would absolutely thrive in an active home with people who want to include him in their everyday lives.<br/><br/>His ideal family would offer:<br/>• Plenty of exercise, outdoor adventures, and mental stimulation<br/>• A securely fenced yard where he can safely run and play<br/>• Lots of love, attention, and interaction<br/>• Children and a busy household where he can be part of the action<br/>• Opportunities to explore, travel, and experience new things<br/>• Possibly another friendly dog to keep him company<br/><br/>He could make a fantastic running partner or even a companion to train for biking adventures with the right preparation and training.<br/><br/>One leisurely walk a day probably won't satisfy this adventurous soul. Could you be the one to write it with him?<br/><br/>PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW IF INTERESTED IN ADOPTING:<br/><br/>The next step to adopt is to fill out an application on our website at: www.pawsitive-Impact-animal-rescue.org <br/><br/>Loki is neutered, heart worm negative, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, current on flea/tick and heart worm prevention, microchipped, current on de-wormer, and will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport. <br/><br/>This animal is currently located in Texas, but we do NOT adopt animals in Texas due to the hundreds of animals being euthanized here daily.
