She’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest when she’s close to her people. Despite being an older dog, she still has a playful spark and loves a good game of fetch with her favorite ball.<br/><br/>She adjusted quickly to our routine. After a couple of early accidents, she learned the rules right away and hasn’t had any issues since. She listens beautifully, comes when called, and stays close when we’re outside together. She’s also wonderful on a leash and makes walks easy and enjoyable.<br/><br/>She can be a little timid when meeting new people, but it only takes a few minutes before she warms up and is ready to play. At night, she sleeps soundly either in her kennel or curled up with our daughter.<br/><br/>It’s honestly hard to find any faults with her. She’s a loving, loyal companion who would make a wonderful addition to any family.<br/><br/>As a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility to visit. Meet and greets with specific dogs are arranged once your adoption application (not an inquiry through Petfinder) has been received, processed and been approved.<br/><br/>We do not allow our dogs to be tied, tethered, chained or secured on a tie out for any of our dogs. We do not allow our rescue dogs to go into homes with an underground electronic fence system. We don’t adopt our dogs to folks who plan to have the dogs living outside 24/7 or the majority of time or living in a kennel type environment.
