Lizzie's Story

Queen Elizabeth (Lizzie) has entered the room. Please bow

Lizzie is an adorably squishy and wrinkly 7-year-old, 40-pound English Bulldog with a personality that's larger than life. She is the ultimate velcro dog and professional couch potato, and her favorite hobbies include sticking right by your side, chasing the vacuum, rolling around on her back like a goofball, and providing the cutest snores you've ever heard.

Got opinions? So does Lizzie! If things aren't going her royal way, she will let you know with the funniest, sassiest little grumbles.

The Royal Scoop:

Lizzie loves attention and is very friendly with people and dogs of all ages and sizes!! She loves to cuddle and give kisses.
She is a queen couch potato and doesn't require much exercise. She much prefers spending her day sprawled across her throne (the couch).
Lizzie is crate trained but is trusted to free roam at night. Her favorite place to snore, eh, snooze the night away is the couch.
Miss Lizzie has yet to meet a cat, but she has seen the neighbor's outdoor cat and is unfazed.
She enjoys car rides. Can you imagine watching her wrinkly face blowing in the wind as she watches the world go by?

Queen Lizzie is a former breeder momma and, unfortunately, isn't used to the royal treatment she deserves. For these reasons, she will need patience with house training. But she is a quick learner, has already mastered sit, and is great on a leash!

We asked her foster mom what made her fall in love with Lizzie, and she said...'She is so happy and so friendly! She loves every person she meets, and she doesn't have a mean bone in her body."

Ready to welcome true royalty into your home?

Apply to adopt Lizzie today! She will be spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and is current on heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Her adoption fee is $225. We will schedule meet-and-greets with the Queen once you are approved.

Apply to adopt at PawsitiveTailsKC.org
