What we do know is that Lizzie is an absolute sweetheart — gentle, snuggly, curious, and full of that irresistible puppy charm.<br/><br/>At her core, Lizzie is a loving pup who wants nothing more than to be someones best friend. But like all puppies, he needs a family committed to training, structure, and lots of positive socialization. She's at the perfect age to learn:<br/><br/>Puppy basics — potty training, crate time, routine, training classes<br/>Socialization — meeting new people, kids, dogs, and other animals<br/>Outdoor time — exploring, playing, and learning about the world<br/>Confidence building — gentle exposure to new sights, sounds, and experiences<br/><br/>Lizzie thrives with human interaction, enjoys time outside, and will blossom in a home that gives her plenty of opportunities to play, learn, and bond. Apply for this beautiful gal today!<br/><br/>If interested in Lizzie, please apply online: ADOPTION APPLICATION or email us at: Info.FetchingHeartsRescue@gmail.com.<br/><br/>Unless otherwise indicated, all dogs adopted through Fetching Hearts have received the following before being available for adoption:<br/><br/>Thorough veterinary examination.<br/>All routine annual vaccinations, including<br/>Rabies, DHLPP<br/>Bordetella (Kennel Cough)<br/>Heartworm Test<br/>Fecal Test, Deworming<br/>Microchip<br/>Flea and Tick Prevention<br/>Heartworm Prevention.<br/>Spay/Neuter<br/>All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease.<br/><br/>VETTING NOTE: Fetching Hearts Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.<br/><br/>HEARTWORM NOTE: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 months after last treatment. All dogs are immediately put on Heartguard/Ivermectin following the treatment to kill the Heartworm larvae. All dogs should be re-tested after 5-6 months from the last Heartworm treatment.
