Lito Shepherd Mix Bolivar, TN

Lito- Lito is a 4 year old male shepherd mix. He’s Heartworm NEGATIVE! Lito is very shy. When he came to the shelter, he would hide all the time from everyone. He’s slowly learned that people mean treats will be coming and he sure does love treats. Lito has made progress at the shelter. He will look at people now and does allow his best friends to pet him. He gets along with female dogs best, but could probably live with a male dog as long as there were proper introductions. Lito has made improvements but he is still considered a flight risk. He would do best in a calm quite home that will give him time to decompress, then help him gain confidence so he can be the best dog he can be! Will you help Lito reach his full potential?

All adoption donations include rabies shot, spay/neuter, and core vaccinations. The shelter does not have cats so we typically do not know how the dogs are with cats. All breeds are guesses. If the dog is heartworm positive, the shelter will provide treatment once the dog is in your home.
