She absolutely adores people and has never met a stranger she didn't love. Calm, quiet, and incredibly affectionate, she's happiest spending her days snoozing peacefully on the couch near her humans.<br/><br/>Nothing much rattles this girl. She gets along beautifully with cats, birds, and other dogs, and she's truly one of the least reactive dogs you could ever meet. In fact, the only thing that really catches her attention is the sound of emergency sirens passing by - she'll perk up and listen for a moment, then settle right back down. She's otherwise completely quiet and rarely makes a sound.<br/><br/>Lilly May recently came into foster care, and we are just beginning the process of getting her the veterinary care and support she needs. She currently wears a diaper due to urinary incontinence, though she does her pooping outside like a good girl. She has some vision impairment, and some mobility weakness in her back end and moves slowly, so she'll need a home without stairs where she can comfortably and safely relax. As we continue working with her vet, some of these issues may improve and may not be long-term.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a calm, low-maintenance companion with the sweetest heart, Lilly May may just be your perfect match.
