Lieutenant Dan's Story

3-year-old Miniature Bull Terrier, ~40 lbs. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and finished with heartworm treatment.

Dan was born with a rear leg difference, but it doesn’t slow him down! He can run, play, and enjoy life just like any other Bull Terrier. It doesn’t cause him pain and doesn’t require surgery—he’s simply adapted.

He’s an easygoing, people-loving dog who has done great with kids (ages 3, 7, and 9). While he generally ignores other dogs, he can be awkward around food with other dogs and would do best as the only pet for a calm, safe environment.

He may need a home with minimal stairs, but otherwise he’s a low-maintenance, loyal companion ready for his person.
