Lidian

💜 MEET LIDIAN 💜

If confidence had four legs and a ridiculously cute butt, it might look a whole lot like Lidian. 😂

Lidian is a 2-year-old female Presa Canario who is absolutely FULL of personality. She's playful, outgoing, affectionate, and seems to have confidence for days. Give this girl some grass, a person to love on her, and a good belly rub, and she is one happy dog.

And yes, apparently lying like a normal dog is completely overrated. 😂 She is a top notch Splooter!

Lidian came to us as part of a neglect case and has already spent 11 weeks at the shelter while awaiting a court decision. She is finally ready to put that chapter behind her and start the life she should have had all along.

Lidian has plenty of energy and loves being active, but she also seems to tire out fairly quickly. We really think that once she's out of the kennel environment and getting regular daily exercise, she'll be the perfect combination: let's go have some fun; followed by let's go take up the entire couch. ❤️

Now, we do need to mention something that is probably fairly obvious from the pictures: Lidian is a VERY strong girl. 💪 She will need an adopter who is physically capable of handling a large, powerful dog and is comfortable managing her on leash. She's a whole lotta dog--and a whole lotta love!

Lidian previously lived with several other dogs, but a meet-and-greet with any resident dog will be required to make sure everyone is comfortable and compatible.

After 11 weeks of waiting, this goofy, happy girl has done enough time in a kennel.

She's safe. She's ready. And now she just needs someone to say, "Come on, Lidian. Let's go home." 🥹❤️

Please share and help us get this girl OUT of the shelter and sprawled across somebody else's lawn--or better yet, their couch! 🏡🐾
