Lewie Plott Hound & Labrador Retriever Mix Seattle, WA

Little Lewie is the current reigning Wiggliest Puppy in the Pacific Northwest champ. This adorably sweet 5-ish month old puppy arrived in Seattle on the hottest day on record and took the heat, learning to swim, and acclimating to downtown life without a single complaint. Lewie is a very social and friendly puppy who absolutely adores kids and patiently sits and waits on leash to meet all dogs. He’s never met a dog, cat, or person he didn’t try to befriend with cuddles, excited wiggles, and heart wrenching puppy eyes. He spends most of his day napping and is very chill at home - he would be an excellent candidate for an office dog or a Friday night stay at home date; he currently has no opinions on tv shows and would love to watch your favorite movie or series and snuggle.

Currently, Lewie is in a foster home with a larger dog and an older cat. He would love to be friends with the cat, but so far has respected her repeated refusal for friendship. Lewie is crate trained and housebroken, but will ocassionaly have small accidents when he gets too excited - a puppy behaviour we expect he will outgrow. He is food motivated without being aggressive and learns new tricks fast.
