Hi, I'm Leo!<br/><br/>I'm a 3-year-old American Bulldog mix weighing about 65 pounds of pure love, cuddles, and playful energy! I'm neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and fully vaccinated, so I'm all set and ready to find my forever family.<br/><br/>I first came to Mississauga Animal Services after having a hard time adjusting to a home with another dog. Because of that, I'm looking for a home where I can be the only animal and soak up all the love and attention for myself.<br/><br/>When I was adopted and later returned, my shelter friends learned that I have quite the prey drive! I love watching birds, squirrels, and anything else that moves. Sometimes I get so excited on walks that I pull on the leash, so I'll need a family that's willing to keep working with me on my leash manners and help me stay focused.<br/><br/>At home, though, I'm a total cuddle bug. I love curling up in bed with my people, and I've definitely earned the title of lap dog. Whether we're relaxing on the couch or heading out on an adventure, I'm happiest when I'm spending time with my favourite humans.<br/><br/>I also love enrichment activities and tasty snacks! Some of my favourite treats are Kongs stuffed with wet food, yogurt, blueberries, and other delicious goodies. I'm also a big fan of chewing on carrots and broccoli. And when it comes to toys? Nothing beats the joy of tearing them apart during a good play session!<br/><br/>I've tested well with children aged 8 and older who can respect my space and join me on all of life's adventures. I have a lot of love to give and would thrive with a family that understands my needs and enjoys an active, fun-loving companion.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a goofy best friend who can keep up on adventures during the day and snuggle up beside you at night, I might just be your perfect match.
