Leo was surrendered due to a family move out of state in November. So off he went to the New York Animal Care Center, the NYC municipal shelter.<br/><br/>As soon as we saw him, we pulled him for our wonderful Bulldog foster.<br/><br/>In his notes iw as reported that he was playful and sweet with the kids he lived with. He loves any types of treats and balls and stuffies. He understands the cues sit, come and down in Spanish.
