Meet Legend
If only we knew what Legend's first year was like!!
He was found in Bonner Springs, KS at a BBQ restaurant covered in fleas with open wounds on his ears and super skinny. He has had some trauma to his backend that has healed on its own. It DEFINITELY DOES NOT slow him down and doesn't require any treatment.
He is being fostered in a home with two dogs and a cat. He gets along with them all and has convinced the "older lady dogs" that they should play with him---A LOT! Â
He is around 2 years and a great size at about 40 lbs and will probably not grow anymore just fill out a bit. He would love to be in a home with other dog friends that like to play with him but probably not required if you give him good daily exercise.
He is housetrained and will go in a crate if he must without complaints but doesn't love it. His foster home trusts him outside of the crate when they aren't home but they provide appropriate chew toys to keep him entertained.
When he gets appropriate exercise, he does LOVE to snuggle up with you.
Legend is a great dog that would love to find his forever home one and for all. He definitely deserves it! He has a lot of love to give!
