Lefty's Story

We have only known him for three days but, already, we can tell you that Lefty is the right choice for you!
This charming 6-month-old boy appears to have been dumped by CNU. He was taken in by a foster for his stray hold and never reclaimed.
So, someone else's neglect of a wonderful dog is your gain. Because Lefty is a gem. While being fostered, we learned that Lefty is great with kids and other dogs. He did great in the house, in the car and when we had him at the vet.
In fact, while at the vet, it was tough to get anything done because Lefty just wanted to hug everyone! He finds a way to snuggle right into your lap - despite being a healthy 55 pounds.
Even though he is young, Lefty doesn't have crazy puppy energy and he definitely has some manners. He loves to play and run around but also sit right next to you on the bench.
We hope Lefty's days at the shelter are few - while the last few months for him were questionable, we want the rest of his life to be memorable. Please help us find his new family!
Lefty and all of his friends are available to meet every single day, from 9am-12pm at 80 Butler Farm Road in Hampton!
Interested? Come for a visit any day of the week - 365 days a year between 9am - 12pm. Hope to see you soon!

PLEASE NOTE: Animal Aid Society observes a 40 mile adoption radius to facilitate post adoption support and follow ups.
