Layla's Story
MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. Questions can be emailed to rescue@mbrohio.com

Layla is a 3-year-old, 32-pound Dachshund mix and an absolute foster home dream! This little lady checks all the boxes - she’s dog, cat, and kid friendly, fully housebroken, and crate trained. Layla loves her toys and will politely drop one in your lap when she’s ready for a game of fetch. Still full of puppy energy, she zooms happily around the house and keeps everyone smiling. She’s working on walking nicely on leash, but her sweet and playful personality more than makes up for her little quirks.

Layla is currently being treated for heartworm and is expected to make a full recovery with no lasting side effects. Continuing with routine heartworm blood tests and monthly prevention will be vital for her.

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.

Age: 3 years
Adoption fee: $400
