Laverne is a young, medium sized 38 pound sweetheart with the softest coat and a wonderfully goofy personality. She loves everyone she meets and is the perfect mix of playful puppy and relaxed companion.<br/><br/>Laverne does great with other dogs and happily plays with pups of all sizes, though she can be a little enthusiastic, so a medium or large dog playmate would be ideal. She lives with cats in her foster home and politely leaves them alone.<br/><br/>This smart girl is crate trained and very food motivated. Laverne is already learning to ring a bell to go outside, and she knows sit and down. You can see how sweet and smart she is just by looking into her soulful eyes. She walks beautifully on a leash and would love a fenced yard to run in, but she’s just as happy joining you for walks and adventures.<br/><br/>She’s already proven to be a great brewery buddy and will happily relax at your feet while watching the world go by. Like many young pups, she enjoys chewing, so sturdy toys are a must.
