Meet Latte!<br/><br/>This precious 10-week-old Frenchie/Terrier mix is almost ready to find her forever family through our foster-to-adopt program in just a couple of weeks! <br/><br/>Latte may be a little shy at first, but once she’s in your arms, she turns into the sweetest cuddle bug who loves giving kisses and soaking up affection.
