Lars's Story

Lars is a gentle giant. He’s a low key personality - affectionate, good with dogs and kids. However, he possesses a flaw and that flaw is why he finds himself a BDRP dog in search of a new family- he would rather eat chickens than guard them. As the saying goes, nobody is perfect.

Lars feels his time is better spent lounging about with his people, taking leisurely excursions alongside his people, napping, preferably with his people, and snacking - his or yours, he’s not picky. Lars will be best suited to life in a home with a yard, where he can enjoy the great outdoors at his leisure.

Lars is about 1 year old, weighs 84 lbs, is fully vetted, and potty trained. Unfortunately, Lars did test positive for heart worm and will have to complete his treatment at our vet in Chester, NJ. All expenses are paid by us, but he will need an adopter or foster willing to take him in for 2-3 appointments.

He is ready to travel to New Jersey next week!
