LARRY's Story
LARRY is an gorgeous, 6-month-old, 20-pound mini Aussie. He has all the drive, intelligence, and focus that you would expect from this herding breed. He is incredibly affectionate, will bond powerfully to his handler, and very much wants to work. He is a big dog in a beautiful small package.

Larry is house trained, uses and dog door, is generally quiet, and overall is a pleasure to have around. He will not do well alone -- he needs human and dog company and interaction. He very much needs positive training daily, NOT because he is rude or pushy or misbhaved, but rather because he has a brain and he needs mental challenges and opportunities to solve problems. He's a little treasure for someone looking for a new sport candidate or full-time buddy.

Larry is very social and needs to interact with other socially skilled dogs every day. He can meet this requirement with daily play dates, but that is more work than most people are willing to undertake, so generally he will do best placed with a similar sibling. He's an energizer bunny, go-go-going most of the time, so senior dogs will just find him irritating. He's a puppy. He should be supervised, enriched, socialized, and occupied every day.

Larry has been neutered, has received parasite prophylaxis, has been vaccinated, and has an implanted microchip.

If you are interested in adopting this super-smart, energetic, loving little boy, please request our application by sending email to Lynxcat@comcast.net.

(PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US THROUGH THE BUTTONS ON THIS PAGE.)

AFTER your application has been approved and all questions answered, and if it looks like you and he will be a great match, we can schedule an appointment for you to meet LARRY and his foster family in Felton, CA.

We always acknowledge email if we receive it; if you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please resend.

We never ship dogs so cannot adopt out of state.

If you can see this listing, Larry is available.
